Nautika ferries 25 lakh in 4 years, boosts island jobs and skills

Nautika runs ferry services in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands with staff recruited from the local population. Since its launch, it has transported 25 lakh passengers in under four years. The company’s local hiring also aims to address graduate unemployment on the islands by offering maritime jobs and reducing the migration of skilled youth to the mainland.
