Navi Mumbai airport to add more terminals, runways and metro links

Navi Mumbai International Airport will open with one terminal and a southern runway, handling 20 million passengers. As traffic grows, 3 more terminals, another runway and cross-field taxiways will be added. The airport will also get metro links to Mumbai and Panvel, water taxis and helipad, with full development expected by 2038-2040.
