Navi Mumbai reports its first COVID-19 deaths in four months

On Wednesday and Thursday, Navi Mumbai reported COVID-19 deaths for the first time in four months. The last COVID-19 death in the city was reported on February 26. Currently there are 1,934 active cases with 389 cases reported today. The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abhijit Bangar said that the health department is on alert amid the rising cases.
