Navy inducts INS Mangrol, 3rd anti-submarine warfare craft from Cochin Shipyard

Cochin Shipyard has delivered INS Mangrol, the third Anti-Submarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft, to the Indian Navy. The vessel is designed for anti-submarine warfare, underwater surveillance, search and rescue, and mine-laying operations in coastal waters. With over 80% indigenous content, Mangrol features advanced sonars, radars, torpedoes and indigenous anti-submarine rockets.
