Navy officer regains home he rented to IAF officer's kid for ₹100/month in 1966

Indian Navy Captain Mridul Shah regained possession of his Nainital property after 58 years after a court ruled against the current tenant, Indian Air Force officer Harpal Singh's daughter Neelam, TOI reported. Shah rented house to Singh's family for ₹100/month in 1966. Neelam argued her family's need for staying in the house is greater as Navy provides enough residential facilities.
