Navy's MiG-29K skids off runway, catches fire at Goa airport

A MiG-29K fighter jet of the Indian Navy overshot the runway and caught fire at the Goa airport on Wednesday. The trainee pilot flying the fighter jet managed to eject safely on time. Emergency teams were pressed into service immediately and flight operations were halted for almost two hours at the airport.
