Nawazuddin said 'I've no money to eat' in 1st meeting: Anurag

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap recalled his first meeting with actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, with whom he has frequently collaborated. Anurag said he had gone to convince Rajpal Yadav to not leave Mumbai because of depression. "Nawazuddin was carrying Rajpal's suitcase...He asked, 'Can I also get a role?'...I've no money to eat, I will do anything'," added Anurag.
