Nazara Q4 PAT jumps 13 times despite revenue decline

Nazara Technologies reported Q4FY26 revenue of ₹397.8 crore, down 23.5% YoY, while PAT surged over 13 times YoY to ₹55.7 crore from ₹4.1 crore. The company reported highest-ever FY26 EBITDA of ₹255 crore, up 66% YoY, and approved amalgamation of Openplay Technologies with PokerBaazi parent Moonshine Technology.
