Nazara Technologies acquires 15.8% stake in GetStan Technologies

Nazara Technologies Limited, in which Nikhil Kamath holds stake, surged 5.5% to ₹1,019 on Thursday, after the company through its wholly-owned subsidiary Nazara Dubai FZ, announced the acquisition of a 15.86% stake in GetStan Technologies Pte. Ltd. Nazara will acquire this stake for nearly ₹18.4 crore (or $2.2 million) in an all-cash secondary transaction.
