NBCC’s board to consider bonus issue; stock jumps 15%

Shares of NBCC (India) Ltd rose to ₹203.85, 15% gain and new 52-week high, during Wednesday's session. The increase followed an announcement that the board will review a bonus shares proposal on August 31, the company's first since 2017. Headquartered in New Delhi, NBCC is a Government of India Navratna Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
