NBCC sells 417 flats in Noida, Greater Noida in ₹1,045 cr auction

NBCC (India) has sold 417 homes in Noida and Greater Noida for ₹1,045.4 crore through e-auction. As per Supreme Court's direction, Amrapali Stalled Projects Investments Reconstruction Establishment was formed to complete the stuck projects of Amrapali through NBCC. The PSU company, which was tasked to complete 38,000 flats, will get a marketing fee of 1% of the sale value.
