NBFC Kogta Financial raises ₹300 cr from Creador, Morgan Stanley

Jaipur-based non-banking financial company (NBFC) Kogta Financial has raised ₹300 crore in a Series C funding round led by new investor Creador. The funding round saw participation from existing backer Morgan Stanley Private Equity, Kogta said, adding that IIFL Seed Ventures Fund, the first institutional investor in Kogta, also remains invested in the company. Kogta was founded in 1996.
