NC's Omar Abdullah stakes claim to form government in J&K

National Conference leader Omar Abdullah met Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday and staked claim to form the government in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that he had asked L-G Sinha to decide the date for the oath-taking ceremony at the earliest. "I submitted support letters from NC, Congress, CPI(M), AAP and independent candidates to the L-G," he added.
