NCERT flags fake version of Class IX book in which topic on Emergency was added

NCERT has warned against the circulation of a fake version of Class IX Social Science Part 1 book, 'Understanding Society: India and Beyond', and advised everyone to access/procure it through official sources. Notably, it's the same book in which a section on 1975 Emergency has been added. The topic will be introduced to Class IX students for the first time.
