NCERT to develop AI textbooks and syllabi for Grades 11 and 12

NCERT will develop AI textbooks and syllabi for Grades 11 and 12, including AI projects in Grade 6 vocational education. Aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF-SE 2023, AI education will start from Class 3 in 2026-27, supported by CBSE curriculum and the national SOAR initiative for AI readiness and digital empowerment.
