NCLAT dismisses BCCI, Raveendran's pleas on settlement for BYJU'S

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Chennai dismissed appeals made by Riju Raveendran and BCCI seeking withdrawal of insolvency proceedings against BYJU'S and considering the settlement between BCCI and BYJU'S. They challenged the NCLT order directing them to place their settlement offer before the new Committee of Creditors (CoC). Financial creditor Glas Trust is a member of the CoC.
