NCLAT dismisses plea against liquidation of Go First

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Friday dismissed a batch of petitions filed against the liquidation of grounded carrier Go First. It upheld NCLT Delhi's earlier order on the liquidation as it did not find any infirmity in the order of the Adjudicating Authority. Busy Bee Airways, Bhartiya Kamgar Sena Mumbai, and Captain Arjun Dhawan had challenged the order.
