NCLT or NCLAT: Who hears what in corporate disputes?

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) handles corporate disputes, mergers, and insolvency cases under the IBC. Its appellate body, the NCLAT, reviews decisions made by the NCLT and certain regulatory authorities.
