NCLT rejects plea to recover machinery from Damara Gold CIRP

Mumbai's NCLT dismissed Daaraa Advance Manufacturing's application to recover leased plant, machinery, and 600 gm gold residue from Damara Gold's insolvency proceedings. The tribunal noted common directorships between both firms and called the gold residue claim an 'afterthought.' Damara Gold entered CIRP following Punjab National Bank's ₹39 crore default petition.
