NCLT seeks CBI's response in Chandra's 99.97% debt haircut case

NCL sought CBI's response within four weeks in Zee founder Subhash Chandra's personal insolvency case. The tribunal said the CBI’s investigation could affect the proceedings. CBI registered an FIR against Chandra and others following an LIC Housing Finance complaint. Earlier, NCLT approved Chandra’s ₹6.5-crore repayment plan against ₹22,006.57 crore claims creating a headline 99.97% debt haircut.
