NCR Corp sells part of ATM business to Mumbai-based firm

US-based NCR Corporation, one of the world's largest ATM makers, has sold a portion of its ATM business in Kerala, Bihar, Jharkhand and Lakshadweep to Mumbai-based payment system company, Electronic Payment and Services (EPS). EPS will now manage over 11,000 ATMs in India, the firm said. Incorporated in 2011, EPS provides ATM operation services, including supply and installation of ATMs.
