NCW seeks action taken report within 7 days after girl harassed in Jamui

National Commission for Women took suo motu cognisance of the alleged molestation incident in Jamui and directed Bihar DGP to register an FIR. NCW Chairperson also sought an Action Taken Report within a week. A video of the incident purportedly showed two Class 10 students being stopped and harassed by a group of men while returning from coaching classes.
