NCW summons Pranit More & Gurugram man who made '₹370 ki biryani' remark

National Commission for Women (NCW) on Thursday summoned comedian Pranit More and Gurugram-based techie Himanshu Jangra over "₹370 ki biryani" remark during a stand-up comedy show. After taking suo motu cognisance of the incident, NCW said the remarks glorify sexual coercion and non-consensual conduct towards a woman. NCW has scheduled a hearing in the case on June 22.
