NDA deserved this shock: Priyanka on women quota bill defeat

Speaking after Centre's bill which linked implementing women reservation with delimitation failed to pass Lok Sabha test, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi said it is a "big victory for democracy". "It's a black day for them (Centre) because they've felt a shock for the first time, which they deserved," she stated. Priyanka added that the central government has been "jolted".
