NDA govt will be formed in Bihar under Nitish's leadership: Dy CM

Bihar Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha issued a statement after his comment that formation of BJP's government in the state will be a "true homage" to Atal Bihari Vajpayee sparked speculation on whether all is well with BJP-JDU alliance.
