NDMC chief floats idea to make Inner Circle of CP vehicle-free, seeks suggestions

NDMC Chairman Manoj Dwivedi has floated the idea of making the Inner Circle of Connaught Place "vehicle-free" so people can walk, as they do on some mall roads and in foreign nations. Seeking public suggestions, he asked, "Should we do it for full day or do it from 6 pm-midnight in summers and 11 am to 4 pm in winters?"
