NDMC removes several shops' signboards in Delhi's Khan Market over encroachment

The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) removed the signboards of several shops and restaurants in Delhi's Khan Market in an anti-encroachment drive on Monday. The NDMC alleged that the shops were not following the Outdoor Advertisement Policy 2017 and that the signs were oversized. The drive was later called off after traders reached out to officials, Times of India reported.
