NDMC to tow vehicles parked over 24 hrs in New Delhi

NDMC has invited bids to upgrade all 157 parking sites in New Delhi into smart facilities. Vehicles parked beyond 24 hours will be flagged and towed, with cars charged ₹1,000 towing and ₹500/day storage. Parking rates may rise 40–50%, night fees double, and monthly passes cost 2–3 times current rates.
