Nearly 100 people still missing since Moscow concert hall attack

Nearly 100 people are still reported to be missing since an attack on a Moscow concert hall, wherein at least 140 people were killed. The missing persons are unaccounted for as their names don't feature on the official lists of missing and dead. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack and at least eight persons have been arrested.
