Nearly 80% of Delhi-NCR patients turn to Google after doctor visits: Study

Patients across Delhi-NCR often leave doctor consultations with unanswered questions and seek answers online, as per a study. Findings showed that 73.8% of respondents felt rushed during consultations, while 78.5% searched Google or social media after their appointments due to a lack of clarity about their diagnosis, treatment plan, or next steps. The study was conducted among 1,000 respondents.
