Nearly everyone in Europe breathing polluted air: Study

Nearly everyone in Europe is breathing unhealthy air as air pollution has exceeded the recommended levels by WHO. A study using satellite data from 2022 found that 98% of Europeans are in areas with high particulate matter (PM 2.5) pollution. Areas like parts of Central Europe, Italy's Po Valley, and big cities like Athens, Barcelona, and Paris are worse-hit.
