Nebius to acquire startup Eigen AI for over ₹6,000 crore

Amsterdam-based AI infrastructure firm Nebius said it has agreed to acquire startup Eigen AI for about $643 million (over ₹6,000 crore). The deal, which is expected to close in a few weeks, will be paid in cash and Nebius' Class A shares, it said. The deal will boost Nebius' Token Factory platform which helps firms deploy open-source AI models.
