Need firm pacts, some kind of respite unacceptable: Russia on war

Russia on Thursday stated that it needs firm agreements on a final settlement amid Ukraine war adding "some kind of respite is absolutely unacceptable". Notably, Ukraine and France had proposed stop of aerial and naval attacks and one-month halt in fighting. Russia stated that Ukraine would "use this pause", with the held of its allies, to strengthen its military potential.
