Need of hour: BJP's Annamalai defends NEP's 3-language policy

BJP Tamil Nadu chief K Annamalai defended the Centre's three-language policy, calling it the "need of the hour". Launching a campaign in support of NEP 2020, he questioned DMK government, saying, "Did you (CM MK Stalin) name even one train after a Tamil icon?" he asked. He stated that BJP had named trains after Tamil icons like the Sengol Express.
