Need positive steps to improve India-China ties: Foreign Secretary

India’s Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, who met senior leader of Communist Party of China, Sun Haiyan, said there is a need for concrete steps to create a proper environment to improve relations with China. Misri stressed the importance of increasing people-to-people understanding to rebuild ties between the two nations. Sun and her delegation had earlier met BJP and RSS leaders.
