Neeraj Chopra to get ₹6 cr, class 1 govt job in Haryana for Olympics gold win

Olympic gold-winning javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra will be given ₹6 crore, a class one category government job and 50% concession on land, Haryana CM ML Khattar said on Saturday. "We'll be building a Centre of Excellence for athletes in Panchkula, where [Neeraj] will be the head if he wants," said Khattar. Chopra has won India's first-ever Olympic gold in athletics.
