NEET aspirant seeks permission to hold protest seeking quota system reforms at Jantar Mantar

NEET aspirant Harsh Dubey has sought permission to hold peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar on August 21, demanding reforms in reservation system. In a letter, Dubey said protest isn't against reservation but seeks to ensure benefits reach "genuinely poor and deserving" students. Earlier, he criticised the quota system, saying, "Who would want to get treated by student scoring -40 marks?"
