Neil quits as brand ambassador of a singing show over non-payment

Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh said he is stepping down as the brand ambassador of "The Universal Idol", a singing show linked to HMC Events. He alleged that despite repeated assurances, his agreed dues were not cleared. "Three cheques issued towards the same have been returned unpaid/bounced," Neil said.
