Nepal activists criticise PM Balen's govt for sidelining local bodies in flood response

Nepal civil activists are criticising PM Balen Shah-led government's "centralised" response in handling deadly flash floods in the country. They said placing the military at the centre of the relief effort had led to delays in collecting and distributing supplies to survivors.
