Nepal launches Climate Diplomacy Section for global push

Nepal's Ministry of Foreign Affairs established a dedicated Climate Diplomacy Section at Kathmandu Climate Week to link domestic climate action with global negotiations. Nepal, contributing under 0.1% of global emissions, seeks international support on adaptation, loss and damage finance, and technology transfer, including accessing the Fund for Responding to Loss and Damage after August disasters.
