Nepal PM Balen Shah meets Foreign Secy Misri months after refusing a meeting

Nepal Prime Minister Balen Shah met Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri in Kathmandu. This comes ahead of the Nepal PM's visit to India later this month. Notably, around six months ago, Shah refused to meet Misri, which resulted in his visit being postponed. A report had cited Shah's self-imposed rule of avoiding one-on-one meetings with foreign diplomats.
