Nepal PM Balen Shah releases 1st statement after flash floods

In his first statement after the flash floods, Nepal PM Balen Shah said, "I urge you to remain patient. The government takes full responsibility for your rescue, treatment, food and shelter." "In the face of such a disaster, we must all stand together. I sincerely appeal [everyone] to support...government's efforts...Let us...help our...brothers and sisters return to normal life," he added.
