In U-turn from his 'won't meet anyone below Foreign Minister' rule, Nepal PM to meet Indian envoy

Nepal PM Balen Shah has taken a diplomatic U-turn on his self-imposed protocol against holding one-on-one meetings with anyone below the rank of Foreign Minister. He is set to hold separate meetings with the envoys of India and China this week, Kathmandu Post reported. He would try to portray that both countries are equally important to him, the report added.
