Nepal's new PM and rapper Balen Shah has refused to meet Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, The Kathmandu Post reported citing officials from Nepal's Foreign Ministry. Shah has reportedly been refraining from meeting any foreign officials or leaders below the rank of foreign minister. Misri's proposed visit to Kathmandu next week has been deferred for now.
