Nepal takes U-turn on 'no foreign help for flood rescue' decision, accepts aid from India

Nepal government has reversed its decision to keep international search-and-rescue teams out of areas hit by the Bhotekoshi flash floods, following diplomatic pressure from countries whose nationals remain missing, Nepali media reported. The nation has accepted help from experts and technical teams from India, China, Australia and South Korea. Foreign experts will also help Nepal with DNA testing.
