Nepalis won't return to the past: Ex-PM Prachanda amid protests

CPN (Maoist Centre) leader and former Nepal PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal, alias Prachanda, has reacted to the ongoing clashes in the country over restoration of monarchy and Hindu statehood. Dahal said Nepal will not return backwards on the path of regression by reinstating monarchy. "Don't consider the liberal attitude shown by Nepali people…political parties as their weakness," he added.
