Nestle India pays ₹1,024 crore royalty to Swiss parent in FY26

Nestle India paid ₹1,024.5 crore in royalties to its Swiss parent, Societe des Produits Nestle SA, in FY26, up nearly 14% from the previous year. The company also paid ₹102.47 crore as withholding tax on general licence fees. These payments provide access to the Nestle Group's technology, intellectual property and product innovations.
