Netanyahu immune from ICC warrant as Israel isn’t a member: France

French Foreign Ministry said that Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and ex-Defence Minister Yoav Gallant are immune from the International Criminal Court's (ICC) warrants as Israel isn't a member of the ICC. The warrants were issued in response to alleged war crimes committed in the ongoing Israel-Hamas war in Gaza. The US and Hungary have rejected the ICC's warrants.
