Netanyahu knew Qatar was funding Hamas before Oct 7 attack, but didn't act: Report

Israeli intelligence and Egypt had warned Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu about Qatari money reaching Hamas' military wing before the October 7 attack but he ignored the matter, Israeli outlet Yedioth Ahronoth reported. One intelligence assessment estimated that the diverted funds accounted for up to half of Hamas' military budget at the time. Netanyahu's office and Qatar denied the allegations.
