Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu shared a video congratulating PM Narendra Modi for completing 12 years in office and becoming India's longest-serving elected PM. "You've transformed India, you've strengthened the bond between India and Israel...You've earned the admiration of millions...you've also helped 250 million Indians escape poverty...good luck, my good friend," he said in the video.
